Office Team is looking for a Benefits and Recognition Manager! A candidate with top notch qualities, demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills. The manager in this position analyzes and evaluates services, coverage, premiums, and options available through insurance and investments companies, to determine which programs best meets the needs and the culture. The ideal candidate also maintains knowledge of and analyzes government regulations, benefit program trends, prevailing practices among similar organizations, and recommends benefit plan changes to management. They also negotiate and contract with benefit plan providers, vendors, auditors, and consultants for services, premiums, and plan administrations. A manager in this position also attends benefit fairs, conducts monthly financial analysis of benefits program costs and provides guidance to Finance on accruals.
