OfficeTeam is currently looking for a CONTRACT, possible CONTRACT-TO-HIRE Benefits Coordinator and Compensation Analyst for Construction/ Engineering client of ours located in the Denver Metro area. This Benefits Coordinator and Compensation Analyst will be responsible for (but not limited to): acting as the liaison between the employees and HR regarding benefits questions, helping with open enrollment in mid-November, performing compensation analysis, and other HR related duties as possible. This role is about 70% Benefits and 30% Compensation Analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of benefit coordination and compensation analysis, experience working in a mid-size company (2,500+ employees), strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a CONTRACT position until mid-February, with the potential to go full-time. The hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
