The Compensation & Benefits Associate Manager will be analyzing data, building models, and communicating recommendations to HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and Business leaders. In this hybrid role, you will be applying your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers to help inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions for the PepsiCo Frontline.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, capture, and translate complex business issues and requirements into a structured analytics
  • Produce ad hoc analyses with quick turnarounds based on business request
  • Build analytics solutions using variety of data as required and create robust documentation of solutions and underlying design decisions and operating procedures
  • High level of customer service, integrity, accuracy and interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment while also exercising a high level of autonomy
  • Track, communicate, and manage project risks, budget and launch/closeout activities
  • Proactively broaden and deepen client relationships by working with senior-level clients


  • Minimum of six years of compensation and data analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; master's or MBA degree is preferred
  • Ability to translate data and complex ideas into a story
  • Stellar excel modeling and quantitative skills
  • Superb communication skills-both verbal and written-including executive-level communications
  • Must have intellectual curiosity, resiliency and adaptability
