The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will assess personnel needs and create targeted programs that will increase performance and employee satisfaction. The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will lead projects to analyze market pricing and compensation, as well as evaluate job satisfaction. Major responsibilities • Provider compensation • Administers provider compensation according to approved design. Leads and recommends process improvement initiatives and reporting. Provides input into annual compensation design cycle. Partners with Clinic and Provider Leadership to ensure providers are knowledgeable of compensation structure and individual compensation performance. • Broad-based compensation analysis and administration • Independently leads projects within the broad-based compensation function; can include compensation analysis, market pricings, job evaluations, salary survey participation and compensation research projects. Recommends compensation plan design improvements. • Benefits and HR systems • Works with HRIS and the Benefits team to provide customer, project and system support on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
