GENERAL SUMMARY The Global Compensation Business Partner provides strategic compensation advice and counsel, project management leadership, and builds and implements value added compensation strategies and solutions in support of client''s business and financial goals. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages total compensation strategies, programs and initiatives that are integrated with and support short and long-term operational and corporate business and financial objectives. Leads design and implementation of solutions needed to accommodate changing organizational objectives. Oversees survey participation and benchmarking to determine market competitive position. Conduct analyses and audit programs, policies and practices to ensure continued integration with client and corporate strategies, as well as for external competitiveness, legal compliance, and cost effectiveness. Serves as partner and consultant to assigned internal client groups to help build and strengthen organizational compensation capabilities. Develops and conducts training and presentations as necessary. Perform other duties as required. SKILLS Analytical ability. Ability to multi-task. Flexible.
