As a Senior Compensation Consultant at Oracle you will be the compensation point of contact for HR Business Partners, Business Line Management and Recruiters for the assigned business groups. This position is an individual contributor which is part of a team of consultants.

The successful candidate will proactively partner with HR Business Partners and Business Line Management to identify compensation issues and develop solutions that meet business needs while supporting the company's compensation strategy. This candidate must be able to understand business goals and objectives and identify opportunities where compensation can add value. Areas that candidates may be asked to provide guidance and assistance to clients include compensation trends and analytics, job evaluation, salary administration, compensation systems, programs, policies and procedures.

We are looking for candidates who have the ability to understand complex data and provide relevant interpretation of the data to their clients. Candidates must have strong business acumen and influencing skills as well as the ability to build credibility quickly. The position requires working independently, simultaneously managing multiple projects, willingness to take on new responsibility, being detail oriented, accurate, and highly organized, and adapting to a fast-paced ever changing environment. Candidates must have superior consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and work effectively with all levels of employees within the organization. 8 years of compensation experience required. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred. Prefer candidates in the Denver Metro Area.
Participates in the research, design and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for job evaluation, salary administration, survey participation, and data analysis.

As a member of Corporate Compensation you will assist in the design and implementation of Oracle*s global total compensation programs including base salary, cash incentives, and stock options. Will interface with Oracle*s web tools to support compensation programs.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills in partnering with HR and management. Familiarity with HRIS systems and Excel spreadsheets is essential. 8 years compensation experience and BA/BS degree.
