Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC, is expanding their corporate headquarters in the Dallas, TX market and have several new opportunities to start on 4/1/17 as a result of the recent acquisition by Arca Continental Beverages, a partner with the Coca-Cola Company for over 90 years.  These new positions will be part of the new structure and company.  The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages team is comprised of 9 manufacturing facilities and distributes product from 37 locations.  We market, produce and deliver bottles of happiness; serving markets throughout Texas, as well as parts of New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.  Our employees are true ambassadors of one of the most recognized brands in the world.

  • Administer employee compensation plans to included base compensation, incentive plans, and non-cash rewards.                                                                                                           
  • Evaluate and compare existing company compensation with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys and other sources of information. Plan, develop and/or participate in area and industry surveys. Analyze results of surveys and develop specific recommendations for review by management.        
  • Prepare and execute, with legal consultation, compensation documentation.  Instruct administrative agencies outside the company as required about compensation plans and practices. Ensure prompt and accurate compliance.                                                                            
  • Supervise preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and other regulatory agencies.
  •  Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to compensation, and report necessary or suggested changes to management.                                                          
  • Develop and implement an annual Merit Increase process in which rewards are differentiated for performance while remaining within the budget parameters.    
  • Work with the Legal function to ensure that the Annual Merit Process is unbiased.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of prior Managerial experience in Human Resources-Compensation  
  • Advance English language proficiency required
