Manager will provide day-to-day strategic consultation and compensation support
primarily for the Supply Chain sector’s North America-based organization.
The Manager will provide analysis of business issues and development of
solutions in support of stakeholder needs, and will be the primary contact with
other specialist groups, HR Business Partners and Key Leaders for all aspects
of compensation. This role will manage a Senior Analyst on a day-to-day basis. This role will also partner with global
Total Rewards leadership/team members in the design and roll-out of new
compensation programs and will assist in conducting change impact analysis
around compensation strategy decisions and pay outcomes.

consultation to Recruiting, HRBPs and line leaders with respect to compensation
matters, including but not limited to job evaluation and leveling, new hire
packages, LTI valuations, and equity analyses.
manage the day-to-day assigned tasks, initiatives and projects within the
with compensation leadership to ensure regional consistency and early
identification of key issues globally for respective organizations.
appropriate documentation of all activities, including but not limited to
detailed policy/program issues requiring global/regional HR leadership
agreement/approval and/or business leadership approval.
other stakeholders, both within and across functional areas, as needed, in the
development/roll-out or modification of compensation policy/programs.
analyses of compensation practices to ensure competitive posture of programs
and policies. Works with 3 party consultants on an as needed
support associated with the due diligence and integration phases of mergers and
acquisitions, as well as with internal reorganizations, downsizings and
divestitures as needed.
effectively with regional compensation leadership in conducting change impact
analysis around compensation strategy decisions and pay outcomes.
in determining regional metrics and other reporting requirements for
minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
minimum of 7 years of experience HR or equivalent experience is required.
minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation is required.
managing compensation for large wage populations is preferred.
management experience is preferred.
leading cross-functional, cross-business teams is preferred.
must be culturally sensitive, drive for results, be articulate and have
demonstrable leadership skills.
research and quantitative business skills are required.
and project management experience is preferred.
experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred as clients
will not be located onsite.
with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, database and HRIS
systems and reporting tools is preferred.
25% travel to different sites is expected.
