Compiler Developer Job Description
The Intel Compiler Team is looking for an exceptional Compiler Developer to join our highly talented team.
In this position, the successful candidate will be developing innovative compiler technology to deliver the best performance and usability features for our customers. You will be unleashing the power of Intel's latest hardware features with cutting edge compiler features and optimizations.
Some of the job responsibilities include:
- Development of new vectorization and/or parallelization technology
- Performance analysis of applications
- Development of new compiler features and optimizations

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through relevant previous school, industry jobs and/or research experience. Minimum qualifications: Master's Degree with 2 years of experience or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Experience in C/C , object oriented programming, data structures, compiler theory Preferred Qualifications: Experience with vectorization and parallel programming models such as OpenMP Knowledge of x86 instruction set architecture and Advanced Vector Extensions (AVX) Experience with LLVM compiler infrastructureInside this Business Group
