This position is located in Tucker, Georgia.

Concrete Foreman with relevant of five of years' experience is easily hired.  Other necessary specialized courses include building codes, design, inspection procedures, site control, scheduling, and safety

We currently have 2 full time positions available for a Concrete Foreman who will manage field operations for commercial site development projects from inception through completion.


  • Coordinate and supervise activities of workers and construction needs for all phases

  • Inspect blueprints for determining various aspects of structure

  • Schedule materials with purchasing agent

  • Communicate daily with project manager of any changes in field that will delay project schedule

  • Allotting workers to their respective duties and making sure that they have the appropriate training and tools so that they can execute their jobs accurately

  • Meet company compliance reporting requirements including accident and incident reports, weekly tailgate meetings, site inspections and daily timekeeping requirements

  • Ensure regulatory needs and safety measures are maintained

  • Assess the fastest and easiest way to complete a job without sacrificing quality of the work being done

  • Able to survey grid line and elevations

  • Ability to form and finish concrete to grade

Knowledge and Skills: Work

A good Concrete Foreman should possess the complete knowledge of construction procedures, methods, practices, materials, equipment, tools, precautions, and utilities. He should also possess the necessary skills including good time management skills, negotiation skills, analytical and problem-resolution skills, leadership and motivation skills, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. All of these skills are necessary to deal with superiors and construction crew.

Work Environment:

This position operates in an outdoor environment. This role routinely subjects you to all elements of an outdoor environment, including extreme sun, wind, rain, heat, and cold temperature exposure.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift, squat and bend

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are subject to project and overall company
