**Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for a **Conference Service Manager** to join our team at a conceirge style conference center in a large Pharma HQ environment in Bridgewater, NJ. The current food landscape includes: 1 corporate cafe, and catering operations which include conference rooms for meetings.
The Conference Services Manager will be responsible for:
**Specific Job Duties**
+ Working front desk at the Conference Center, answering phone and urgent needs + Arrange/Coordinate all Event Logistics for Conferences (May Assist with Food Logistics) + Complete all Conference Services Billing and Reporting + Manage room execution with Custodial Event Staff + Coordinate Special Event Floral and Linen Arrangements + Monitor and Manage Linen Supply + May Perform Special Event Related Duties to Include: + Order and Coordinate Rentals + Provide Room Set Supervision + Set Various Decorative Elements for Special Events + Set Tables with Linens/Skirts + Assist with Event Execution and Oversight as Needed
A comfort level with technology is a plus. Innovative thinking and organization a must.
Strength in event mgmt. skills- planning and working events/meetings, attention to detail, customer interaction/service skills

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree Basic Management Experience - 2 years Basic Functional Experience – 1 year
