Conference Services Manager
**Sodexo at Central State University** is looking for a **Conference & Event Service Manager** to join our team at in Wilberforce, OH. The account currently has the Marauder Cafe (Resident Dining), the WoW Cafe (Retail) and a Catering operations which also includes conference rooms for meetings.
**The Conference Services Manager will be responsible for:**
+ Working directly with the client answering phone calls and urgent needs
+ Arrange/Coordinate all Event Logistics for Conferences (May Assist with Food Logistics)
+ Complete all Conference Services Billing and Reporting
+ Manage room execution with Custodial Event Staff
+ Coordinate Special Event Floral and Linen Arrangements
+ Monitor and Manage Linen Supply
+ May Perform Special Event Related Duties to Include:
+ Order and Coordinate Rentals
+ Provide Room Set Supervision
+ Set Various Decorative Elements for Special Events
+ Set Tables with Linens/Skirts
+ Assist with Event Execution and Oversight as Needed
