The Broker and Small Group Support Representative is responsible for the marketing of dental plans through out-bound and in-bound communications to and from brokers, group administrators and employer groups. This includes campaign based on out-bound calling, proposal generation, new business implementation and changes for groups of 2-50, and renewing existing groups.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Acquires new business and manages broker relationships through phone and email.
Serves as liason between groups, brokers, and internal departments within Connect to resolve customer issues.
Acts as key interface to ensure timely proposal generation and follow-up.
Prepares additional marketing collateral to close sales.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
Requires a high school diploma; 2 years of industry-related experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Health, Accident and Life Insurance license required along with conducting necessary continuing education to maintain active license.
