NeuWave Medical, a division of Ethicon US, LLC, is seeking a Connectivity Leader, in Madison, Wisconsin. NeuWave Medical specializes in developing and commercializing energy based, minimally invasive medical devices. The Connectivity Leader is responsible for leading and executing all activities associated with client networking as it pertains to current and next-generation NeuWave connectivity platforms. The scope of responsibility encompasses market and business analysis, product and non-product solution design, business process design, and market launch. This position will collaborate closely with business partners in R&D, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, and IT to execute comprehensive and integrated connectivity product development and business plans. The Connectivity Leader will engage client IT resources directly to facilitate network installations leveraging the PACS, DICOM, and TCP/IP protocols. Additional focuses include design and management of "callhome" systems and networking (3G, 4G, etc.) within current and emerging global initiatives and ongoing vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of such systems and networks.
•Research and identify success factors to effectively manage connectivity engagements with customers while optimizing internal resource utilization.
•Lead and coordinate customer connectivity activities and resources to ensure rapid adoption of NeuWave technology.
•Partner with field team to develop and implement strategies and tactics that support efficient deployment of connectivity resources.
•Lead development of relationships with internal/external business partners to enhance deployment of customer focused connectivity solutions.
•Recommend commercial go-to-market connectivity business models, including installation, pricing, service, etc.
•Work closely with internal resources to deploy and manage necessary training equipment and software.
•Lifecycle management, and procurement of software and hardware assets.
•Integrate and streamline best IT practices to match and/or shape existing NeuWave IT practices and/or policies.
•Identification, recommendation, and implementation of industry best practices and solutions as appropriate.
•Provide highest level support per request from various constituencies – break/fix for internal and remote
•Developing and maintaining installation and configuration procedures.
•System security, including adherence to documented processes and procedures and compliance auditing.
•Assisting team members in troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues.
•Proactively identify, recommend and/or implement process improvements and departmental efficiency
•Perform and/or oversee special projects as directed by management.

•Bachelor's degree in IT related, business, engineering, marketing, scientific or related discipline.
•Minimum 7 years relevant business experience required.
•Experience with development of Health Care products consisting of capital equipment.
•Experience understanding and translating customer needs required.
•Proven record of accomplishment: direct association with, or leading efforts to, develop solutions from complex stakeholder inputs through application of advanced technology.
•High level of understanding of and ability to execute relative to the following IT terms: PACS, DICOM, TCP/IP.
•Must be willing and able to travel (by automobile or air, day trips and overnight stays) up to 40% of the time.
•Medical Device experience preferred.
•Minimum of 3 years leading work teams preferred.
•Broad cross-functional experience across physical product and process development preferred.
•Experience with Diagnostic Imaging, Hospital IT systems and/or software development preferred.
•Project management or engineering experience preferred.
