OfficeTeam is currently working with an established construction firm in identifying a Construction Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will assist multiple departments including purchasing, project managers and executives to carry out administrative tasks. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following: -Answer and direct calls -Coordinate schedules and meetings -Maintain complex filing system -Coordinate with subcontractors and multiple departments -Review and assemble purchase orders -Generate and submit reports -Prepare contracts -Obtain signatures -Log invoices -Assist with RFI's, submittals, inspections, dailies, etc.
