Adecco staffing in Irvine is assisting a Property management Company located in Newport Beach in finding a Construction Administrative Assistant
This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate
Pay is $17 - $20 p/h
General Purpose: This role assists Vice President and Project Management team with documentation and administration of projects. Responsible for maintaining and managing certain aspects of the projects, contracts administration and other administrative projects as assigned while providing a high level of organization and support to Construction and Development teams. The following he general purpose of this position the following duties may be required:
Education and or Preferred/Required Experience:
3 years + Construction Administration preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Ideal candidate enjoys administrative/clerical duties associated with organizing, manipulating and tracking data on excel spreadsheets, excels at multi-tasking and comprehends the importance of prioritization for completing time sensitive deadlines. Must have superior attention to detail and reporting skills, strong writing skills for drafting professional written correspondence. Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient use and understanding of basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) programs required.
Familiar with Timberline Software & Construction Background
• Accounting background a must
