This role in the Virtustream Finance department will be responsible for managing all elements of Global Services organization, ranging from developing, interpreting and implementing concepts for financial planning and control.�� Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. This position will employ strong operational, systems, financial skills to execute daily operations and develop scalable processes to support this high growth business. �This role will report directly to our Global Services Finance Director and will be responsible for ensuring financial reporting accuracy and accountability across the Global Services business lines.Responsibilities:�Lead the financial planning process for all Global Services business� linesEnsure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and proceduresDevelop financial processes, tools and controls to support business requirementsLead worldwide financial consolidation and reporting process across Global ServicesImplement and maintain all accounting policies, control procedures, and initiativesAssist in various system enhancement integrations ? CRM, ERP, etc Lead team of accounting professionals with emphasis on career development, functional execution, and continuous improvementImplement� and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelinesHelp develop and execute on strategic initiatives Qualifications:�6+ years of experience forecast and analysis Advanced financial, organizational and analytical experienceMust be innovative, self-directed, and have the ability to multi-task Solid understanding of accounting principles and applicationsAccountability and attention to accuracy SFDC experienceCPA and/or MBA preferredSAP expertise a plus Dell is an equal opportunity employer.
