The Commercial Client Solutions Group has end to end responsibility for defining and delivering the global product portfolio and enabling the sales and channel teams to exceed their Revenue, Unit, and Margin targets. OptiPlex is one of the largest lines of business at Dell and provides the foundation on which the rest of Dell solutions are delivered to our commercial customers. Even today, over 50% of all Commercial Clients sold globally will be desktops and many Dell customers develop long-term partnerships with Dell off initial purchases of OptiPlex desktops. The Commercial Desktop Go to Market Specialist will join a team responsible for the planning and management of Go to Market collateral and strategies that support the mission and vision of both the Product Group and the Regional Product Management teams. This position is responsible for managing multiple work streams of deliverables, sales training activities, as well as potentially serving as POC for a specific region regarding all outbound (GTM) activities for OptiPlex commercial desktops. Goal is to ensure increased visibility of Dell Commercial Desktops and deliver a consistently superior experience across multiple events, creating one face of Dell. We are looking for a candidate that has strong communication skills, is comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, can influence across different organizations, possesses strong business acumen, and has a focus on customer experience/drive for results. Role Responsibilities: - Supports sales, regional marketing and client product group by consulting on and developing customized Go to Market collateral, demo kits, or possibly even sales training documents and delivering sales training. - Comfortable working with and influencing both Dell executives and C-level customers. - Tracks projects, supervises activities, and communicates status on programs and events ultimately delivering results. - Working knowledge of Dells portfolio of products, services and solutions to best position the engagement for success. - Leads assigned outbound activities including collateral, demo kits, sales training, content development and competitive messaging.
