We are currently looking for a **Sales Planning & Strategy Consultant** team in **Round Rock, TX** . This critical role will support the Global organization in driving growth and profitability through assessing data trends, tracking ongoing “run the business” performance, developing forward-looking financial plans and recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, and coordinating efforts across key partners and stakeholders. Additionally, this role will require someone who thrives working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented function and who can lead teams to successful outcomes. **Role Responsibilities** + Coordinate and lead analytics for in-quarter and post quarter rebate performance + Program ROI metrics and analysis for executive reporting and to inform future program **Requirements** + 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience + Strong background in related disciplines (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance) including delivery on business goals and strategy + Thorough understanding of Dell EMC’s business priorities, strategy, and direction + Understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations + Manages critical projects, customer engagements or business processes **Company Description** With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
