Responsibilities
the company Consulting & Execution (PCE) Manager will be responsible for delivering and leading components of global and U.S. regional management consulting projects of varying complexity and scope. By doing this, the colleague will develop and implement solutions to impactful business issues facing the company.

The PCE Manager uses management consulting skills, strategic thinking, business knowledge, analytical skills, processes skills, change management and continuous improvement methodologies, measurements, and tools to analyze issues, drive strategy development and execution and/or develop and implement solutions to complex problems facing the company. Typical projects include strategy development and execution, developing new operating models and approaches, transformations such as restructuring components of the business, improving business processes, building new capabilities, etc. Projects may be global or regional in nature and often involve multiple divisions and/or Business Units(BUs). The PCE Manager provides project and program management support and is a critical partner with the project lead and sponsor of any project.

The Manager will need to be highly proactive, work collaboratively with other groups, have strong attention to detail, along with written, verbal and listening skills, presentation skills, teaming, facilitation, mental agility and relationship building skills.

The colleague will need to have an understanding of the business and quickly learn the content while providing consulting expertise. The colleague also needs to cultivate and maintain relationships across internal stakeholders within the BU's and other the company divisions to influence and drive business critical solutions. The Manager will most often work on a team of both PCE and BU colleagues, collaborating to deliver on projects per established timelines.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; MA/MS/MBA degree or other advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years management consulting experience, internally or from a management consulting firm
• 3+ years of Pharma or Healthcare experience
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects teams, programs, or work streams of varying levels of complexity
• Experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information in a way that enables leaders to have transparency on the underlying issues and potential solutions in varying settings including workshops, small group sessions or one-on-one meetings
• Commercial experience (sales, marketing, commercial operations, etc.) preferred
• Experience with management consulting methodologies and frameworks
• Experience with change management methodologies, organizational design, and business process re-engineering
• Strong oral and written communications capabilities
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
• Demonstrated strength in business analysis
• Able to challenge and influence others in spoken and written English
• Basic understanding of Finance• Excellent planning, analysis and budgeting skills
