We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
The position will lead teams of talented, professional business and technology consultants in the delivery of business focused solutions for our clients utilizing Oracle applications, tools and technology. Utilizing sound commercial skills and experience, the successful applicant will manage projects to achieve both profitable outcomes and client referenceability.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage projects to deliver revenue and profit targets and customer referenceability.
Manage complex bids and work with customers and the account management team to better understand client requirements and develop solutions to solve business problems.
Define and manage scope and expectations for the project.
Develops and manages an effective risk mitigation strategy for the project which includes time and financial contingency to cover risk mitigation.
Build, motivate and challenge delivery teams.
Assist in building an organization PMO

We are seeking a quality focused individual with the following skills / experience:

- 8 Years experience Managing Projects of significance.
- Experienced with all phases of a complex project scope including implementation of technology infrastructure, software applications, custom development, project transition, project team and user training, and ongoing Operations and Maintenance.
- Ideally, experience in the Cloud is considered advantageous
- Experience with various Methodologies including Agile
- Skilled Communicator
- Excellent commercial awareness, financial and analytical skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Managing Time and Material and Fixed Priced Projects
- Use of Project Management tools such as MS-Project

A fully competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices. This first-level project management position provides consistent creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction.

Employs independent judgment in guiding complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Also manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 0-5 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed.

Active or within less than 2 years, TS/SCI - FS Poly
