Responsibilities Summary:
• Design, develop, and test software application(s)
• Enhancement existing software application(s)
• Document software, requirements, and design specifications
• Diagnose and resolve software defects
• Administer software and hardware
• Present work efforts to customer(s)

Experience/Qualifications Summary:

• Must have 5 years of current hands-on C/C /Java development experience
• Must have solid knowledge of the Oracle Database (standalone and RAC)
• Experience with software development on a variety of architectures (x86, ARM, etc.) a plus
• Must work effectively in a team environment working within a shared code-base
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Design, develop, document, troubleshoot, enhance, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the team, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
A senior experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.

Work management consists of:
• Lead the development and configuration of detailed solutions for complex projects
• Advise and influence customer leadership on process direction/decisions
• Develop and manage detailed work plans which support the overall project plan
• Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions
• Effectively collaborate across all delivery channels including Global Delivery resources, system integrators, and third parties.
• Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
