The Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and analysis of a variety of offline and online consumer marketing materials in the post-menopausal osteoporosis space.
This position will require some business travel (~10-15%).
Develop and execute integrated DTC marketing plans inclusive of offline and online channels to increase brand awareness and drive demand
Measure DTC impact and results through advanced analytics
Partner with marketing analytics teams and agencies to optimize campaigns
Work with creative agency to develop creative briefs and creative assets
Manage media agency to develop and execute consumer media plans
Help guide and shape strategic decisions during brand planning
Collaborate and foster a positive relationship with Medical, Legal and Regulatory to ensure an effective and productive promotional materials review process
Drive internal stakeholder alignment, and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams that support the brand
Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing and/or sales management experience
Agency management and cross-functional team leadership experience
Successful track record in pharma/biotech or consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing with increasing job responsibilities within a leading corporation, management consulting environment or creative/media agency
An expert in Direct to Consumer campaign management with experience marketing to consumers using a mix of digital and traditional media channels
Experience/understanding creation of media plans and measuring ROI
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues
Considerable experience in partnering with advertising/media planning agencies and a track record of successful agency partnership and management
Experience leveraging market research and clinical data into compelling consumer campaigns
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a highly-matrixed environment, while showing attention to detail and follow-through to completion
