Adecco Staffing in Topeka, KS is currently recruiting for an Inbound Contact Center Representative in a highly professional banking environment. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity scheduled to start ASAP.

Location: Topeka, KS
Hours: M-F and some Sat. Must be available 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $12-$14 per hour

This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company in Topeka. Day to day duties will include fielding a variety of questions from customers (card issues, account balance, etc), taking payments, explaining various services, following up on issues, etc

**Two years of customer service experience in a call center environment**

- Articulate with great communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- High attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills

Preferred skills (not required)
- Previous banking/financial experience
