At MetLife, we seek to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and our communities.  In this role you will create and maintain procedural documentation, consisting of policies, procedures, job aids, and all other reference materials. Transform complex business information into easy to read, accurate documentation using content authoring tools.




Conceptualizing and drafting policies and procedures, getting the necessary approvals on drafts, editing the procedures, adding work aids/visual aids, and converting it to the proper format.


Analyze change impact, identifies problems and questions, provides recommendations for processes, determines solutions, evaluates course of action and involves appropriate parties in decision process.


Strong ability to think analytically and creatively solve problems using own initiative.


Conduct analysis with content owners and users to understand current and future needs and improvement initiatives.


Model proficiency and excellence in all aspects of documentation and communication including:

  • Gathering information
  • Analyzing subject and audience
  • Producing documentation that is accurate, complete, and concise
  • Adhering to spelling, grammar, punctuation and sentence structure standards


Help increase team efficiencies by using best practices to streamline systems and procedures, using technology efficiently and managing information.



  • High School Diploma




  • Two Years Annuity Operations experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Writing constitutes the primary skill, so analysts must possess superior composition and editing abilities.
  • Ability to listen well and gain credibility with others.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, handle complexity, and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Demonstrate customer-centric focus. Strong partnering skills. Ability to influence others toward best solutions to meet business goals.
