Can you think like a publisher, manage like an editor and produce original content like a journalist? Manage publishing and content promotions for Gartner marketing programs including popular “ Smarter With Gartner ” site for promoting Gartner thought leadership on our client’s mission critical priorities. Align content to Marketing goals to accelerate new business growth and increase awareness and understanding of the Gartner brand.

  • Manage daily publishing schedule in Wordpress and coordinate content from multiple contributors
  • Curate and feature content based on current events, top trends, & marketing campaigns
  • Optimize content with best in class SEO strategy and tactics
  • Create strategic content updates and social promotions

  • Ensure editorial consistency and standards across site
  • Maintain a distinctive voice that adheres to brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across media and channels
  • Write and edit original short and long form and interactive content
  • Develop content treatment for business technology concepts in original research by distilling key concepts into understandable terms to publish in various media
  • Collaborate with creative center of excellence to create engaging content assets (imagery, infographics, data visualization, video, etc) for use in publishing
  • Analyze content performance and adapt editorial calendar and strategy based on results
  • Understand our clients’ mindset and key issues to write compelling content with a story-first approach
  • Contribute to content strategy based on specific buyer personas and their client journeys


Job Requirements:
  • • Bachelor’s degree, Journalism or Communications Major preferred
    • Minimum 5 years writing and creating B2B and/or technology content for a publication or brand
    • Superb editing skills
    • Knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
    • Experience with Wordpress and/or blogging and content management platforms
    • Experience developing a variety of content assets including infographics, video, quizzes, etc.
    • Passion for technology and business
    • Experience with Google analytics and ability to track and make sense of site metrics
