Were looking to hire a Content Operations Manager to join our content team. You will own the onboarding and set up of partner delivery, retrieval and upload of content on the service.

  • Be part of a highly effective content operations team.
  • Own the onboarding and setup of partner delivery, retrieval and upload of content on the service.
  • Troubleshoot, schedule and publish content with a focus on live content.
  • For live content, take responsibility for asset management, live content publishing, scheduling and setup.
  • Work very closely with the VDMS team to help onboard live partners, work on content layout with the content team.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to ensure the backend system is running smoothly.

What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in content publishing.

Even better if you have

  • A degree.
  • Experience with video editing software or other related systems.
  • Experience in a broad range of televised programming including broadcast, cable advertisements and infomercials.
  • Understanding of content and programming rights.
  • Experience working with and researching metadata.
  • Exceptional Excel skills.
  • Experience with other data products.
  • Previous troubleshooting and triage of systemic issues in content.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
