We are looking for a Veteran Recruiting Program Manager to lead our veteran recruiting program, as well as support broader Inclusion Recruiting initiatives within the company. You will have the opportunity to bring creativity and thought leadership to advise our Talent Acquisition teams and business unit leaders throughout the company.
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated program measurement experience leading large, complex projects. Diversity and Veteran recruiting experience is also preferred.
  • Lead all Veteran Recruiting as well as other diversity hiring strategies, serving as a subject matter expert and internal business partner
  • Refine and execute programs to increase diverse hiring across Campus, Experienced and Executive hires
  • Continually innovate, taking intelligent risks to design and implement better solutions
  • Build and deepen relationships with strategic external organizations to accelerate a talent pipeline
  • Align and collaborate closely with business units, TA teams, Employee Resource Groups and the LinkedIn Veterans Program team
  • Track metrics and measurements to evaluate the impact of programs and relationships, as well as budget spend
  • Organize and attend diversity recruiting events and conferences, as needed
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of project or program management experience, leading large, complex initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to work effectively through ambiguity to build and scale newly-defined programs and processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of veteran recruiting experience
  • Military veteran, spouse or someone passionate about veteran recruiting
  • A strong network within the nation s veteran transition infrastructure (public, private, and nonprofit sectors)
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire and build support and sponsorship of initiatives
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related field
San Francisco Bay area
Up to 10% travel required, as needed
