Adecco is in search of a Contract Recruiter for one of the top employers in Red Bank! This individual will partner with hiring managers in a high-volume Sales Center and will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process. The ideal individual will have experience recruiting for sales specialists and will also have college recruiting experience.
- Source and identify highly competitive candidates for key roles
- Develop and maintain understanding of recruitment best practices, as well as an understanding of businesses operations
- Use passive and direct sourcing techniques and seek new methods and innovative solutions to identify and attract prospective candidates and build a pipeline
- Update our internal applicant tracking system to document and track data
- Represent and differentiate the organization to external candidates by effectively describing our unique place in the industry
- Bachelors Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of candidate sourcing, development and closing in a corporate setting, preferably in a sales or service center environment. College recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting sourcing techniques and applicant tracking databases
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented environment
- A drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work
- Excellent communication, influence management, and negotiation skills
