The Adecco National Service Delivery Center is currently recruiting for a Contract To Hire Customer Service Representative (Banking, Financial, Mortgage, Real Estate Appraisal Orders, Data Entry, Call Center)in Little Canada, MN. This position is for Adecco's Global Title Insurance client who provides title insurance, appraisal and professional real estate settlement services. Job Overview:
Contract To Hire
Responsible for the processing of residential appraisal, appraisal reviews and valuation product orders received from clients. Orders are delivered electronically by system interface, third party applications, and email. Position may involve one or more of the following functions: Order entry, data processing, appointment scheduling, outstanding order follow up, client communication and completed product delivery to the client.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure orders are processed and delivered to the client per service level agreements by utilizing established processes, procedures and systems. Provide direction, company and client expectations to vendors as necessary. Effectively communicate face to face, by telephone and in writing with internal peers, managers, clients, client's customers and vendors to obtain information or to provide updates on the status of orders. Deliver a level of customer service that promotes continued growth opportunities for the organization.
Required Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Appraisal / Mortgage / Banking experience is highly preferred
3+ years of experience working at a large financial institution is highly preferred
Appraisal, mortgage processing, or mortgage servicing experience highly preferred
3+ years of Call Center experience Customer Service
Good Multitasking Skills, Phone Etiquette and Good Writing Skills
Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience working at a large financial institution is highly preferred
Appraisal/mortgage background is preferred
