SecureWorks, an industry leader in the provision of cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a Contracts Senior Advisor to join its Legal team in its Atlanta office, supporting the Company's client transactions.  The Contracts Senior Advisor will report to the Legal Director of SecureWorks.  High integrity and excellent judgment in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential to the role.  The Contracts Senior Advisor will be r e s po ns i b le f o r negotiating client contracts, drafting and finalizing c o n tr ac t u al do c u m e n ts, and managing communications as to such contracts with internal and external clients.  The Contracts Senior Advisor will work with c ro s s- f u n cti o n al or g a n izati o n s to m a n a g e and finalize client agreements, advise the organization as to c o n tr a c t u al r i g h ts a n d ob li g a t i o n s, a n d pro v i de interpretation o f te r m s a n d c o n d iti o n s .
-Reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating a wide range of client agreements, Statements of Work, Schedules, and ordering documents.
-Managing escalations as to non-standard contract requests, and securing and documenting approvals from internal stakeholders.
-Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Insurance groups to ensure that agreements meet Company policies and protect the Company's interests.
-Documenting internal positions as to operational and risk issues presented in the contract.
-Providing support to the Account Management teams in addressing requests for addenda/amendments for current Client contracts.
-Recognizing risk elements in business transactions and solving problems in a team environment.
-Proactively resolving outstanding issues with outside Clients and utilizing strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in Client discussions.
-Assisting in developing and presenting to Sales and Contract Managers training materials relating to contract, operational, and negotiation support of revenue-producing transactions.

Experience and Qualifications
-Commercial contracts manager with a minimum of at least 5 years of relevant experience in an in-house corporate legal or contracts management department. 
-Experience with State and Federal contracting issues, and with complex technology solutions transactions, is preferred. 
-Experience with data protection and data privacy laws and regulations is preferred.
-Demonstrated skills in providing effective support to Sales team and other internal stakeholders to build strong internal relationships.
-Demonstrated use of strong analytical skills in solving problems independently.
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a high-energy environment, and collaborate effectively with management as both an advisor and business leader.
-Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Demonstrated superior interpersonal skills combined with an established ability to work in a collaborative and collegial attitude.
-Experience with independently gathering information while adjusting to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
