Candidate Identified. The Engineering Co-op will work in multi-discipline teams within Baxter's Research & Development group and assist engineers in new product development activities such as programming, testing, documenting, estimating and tool validations.

The co-op will allow the student to gain hands-on experience with different aspects of development and support of new medical device products. In addition, the student will receive mentoring from his/her manager and teammates. The experience and mentoring will complement the student's studies to prepare them for a successful engineering career. Engineering co-ops who excel in the Co-op Program will be considered for the Technical Development Program or other full-time engineering positions.
