Knowledge of retail settings and needs of the shopper (consumer) across different retail channels & the web
Ability to creates timelines and schedules for development and production
Ability to maintain weekly job update and schedules outlining marketing activities
Able to interface with project managers to update project status via appropriate tracking systems
High School Diploma/GEDRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
Coordinates merchandising projects and ensures that schedules are met.
Develops and communicates timelines with agency partners and merchandising teams.
Coordinates all final approvals through legal resources, streamlines approval process whenever possible.
