Capital One is seeking a talented copywriter to join one of our Brand Creative teams. But not just any writer, one who has a passion for ideas regardless of the channel, and a special knack for all things digital. We want a writer that also loves thinking through highly usable and intuitive experiences mixed with creative cleverness. Someone as passionate for users as they are for their copy. Someone who cares about the customer experience and will constantly strive to make it better.
You and an art director will partner to work on a variety of web based projects. You’ll be involved with everything from small product page changes up to creating, building and presenting new and unique experiences. You won’t spend your days coding, but we want someone familiar with that process. You’ll collaborate with digital, strategy, and business partners along the way to build and refine your ideas and our products.
You’ll join an existing team, but this is very much a new role. You’ll have the opportunity to influence our processes, architecture, and approach. We’re looking for the right mix of customer obsession, creative writing, high standards and problem solving.
