This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate attorney to expand his or her skill set in a dynamic corporate setting.
This attorney will provide effective, responsive, and strategic legal advice to MetLife’s global corporate real estate, facilities, sustainability, procurement, corporate events, global brand & marketing professionals. The successful candidate will provide strategic, proactive counsel on (i) complex commercial leasing, construction and facilities management matters to support the company’s corporate real estate strategy, (ii) sponsorship agreements to promote the company’s business, (iii)supplier and outsourcing contracts to drive cost saving and support the company’s growth initiatives including the development and deployment of new digital products and platforms, and (iv) other responsibilities as assigned, as one of a team of Global Corporate Services Unit attorneys.
