What You'll Do Cisco's Corporate Development team is responsible for driving Cisco's long-term growth strategy through venture capital investments and acquisitions. The team proactively sources new opportunities, develops strategic perspectives on innovative market segments, executes on M&A transactions and actively manages VC investments. Cisco is looking to add a few exceptional team members to grow its organization and support the company's continued growth. Managers are an integral part of the deal team and will lead/support a wide range of activities, including: identifying new investment and acquisition opportunities, building the business case in close partnership with business unit leaders, managing all stages of due-diligence, negotiating deals terms and modeling returns. Managers will also conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
