The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring our customers and including clients, Corporate Management Team, employees and vendors receive superior customer service and administrative support.
1)Greet employees and guests and inform appropriate parties that they have guests waiting for them.
2)Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
3)Answer high volume calls via multiline switchboard and designate calls to the appropriate party.
4)Maintain general filing system and inventory of office supplies.
5)Manage corporate conference rooms scheduling system.
6)Responsible for preparation and sorting of mail/UPS/Packages accordingly.
7)Provide administrative support and work on special projects as requested.
8)Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the reception, conference and break rooms.
9)Perform other related duties as required
3-5 years of Receptionist experience in office environment
Multitask Communication skills Organization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education and training:
High School or equivalent
