CVS Health is seeking multiple temporary Talent Acquisition Partners (Corporate Recruiter) to assist with business efforts to effectively recruit best in class talent. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a vital contributor within the Talent Acquisition Department and serve as a talent adviser to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment and sourcing strategy.
The TA Partner will:
- Lead hiring strategy discussions with hiring leaders and HRBPs
- Understand the needs of hiring leaders and serve as the expert in acquiring talent
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition colleagues
- Deliver best-in-class recruitment and staffing services in a cost and time effective manner
- Contribute to recruitment development projects and provide recruitment services to hiring and mid-level management
- Balance a req load of 20-40 positions while maintaining a high level of communication and hiring best-in-class candidates
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
The successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and client relationship management skills. You will achieve a superior consultative partnership with your strong business communication skills, negotiation skills, and your ability to influence to drive processes and change. You will have the ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, while managing and balancing multiple priorities. You will use your experience with process driven recruitment methodologies to positively form and impact business partner relationships.
This role would ideally be located in our Pittsburgh, PA, Solon, OH, Cincinnati, OH, Scottsdale, AZ, Irving TX, or Woonsocket, RI office locations. Remote work may also be considered.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years recruiting experience in a corporate staffing role, an agency or an RPO is required, with proven success leading the recruitment on a consistent requisition load of 20-30 openings.
- 2+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Kenexa/Brass Ring
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications: - Healthcare industry recruiting experience is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute. Business Overview:
