  • Duties:              Work with the CEO and executive management to identify, prioritize, and deliver key initiatives, including assessing areas of opportunity based on the company’s overall vision and strategy.  Develop pragmatic solutions, and manage the implementation of these initiatives by collaborating with line managers across the organization.  Manage the governance and communications processes.  Work with senior leadership as well as business and functional leaders to support the development of strategy and operating plans for the company, including the annual planning process.  Support the delivery of solutions to key business initiatives, including framing and analyzing complex problems, making recommendations, supporting implementation across the organization, and playing a key role in influencing senior management to move the business to action.


    Requirements: Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 4 years of experience performing enterprise-level strategy development.  Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience as stated above.


    Also requires:  


    (1) Demonstrated expertise independently driving strategy development, value-added processes, and fact-based strategy analysis;

    (2) Demonstrated expertise working with senior leadership to develop and implement growth and change initiatives;

    (3) Demonstrated expertise communicating initiatives to senior management, including developing presentations using Visio and PowerPoint, and delivering presentations to senior managers;

    (4) Demonstrated expertise managing client teams throughout the process of solution development; and,

    (5) Demonstrated expertise analyzing data in Excel to perform fact-based analytical analysis of growth strategy development initiatives.
