We’re looking for an innovative and strategic Creative Director to support both the Capital One brand as well as the brands of our retail partners. We’re looking for a Creative Director that can inspire and drive the development of powerful and concise creative ~ an impeccable eye for design, compelling imagery, and composition. If you’re a Creative Director with the ability to effectively navigate complex client organizations and processes while leading their teams to success, we need to talk.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
- At least 4 years of experience leading creative teams.
- At least 4 years of brand marketing experience or 4 years of retail marketing experience.
- At least 8 years of experience as a Creative Director.
- At least 8 years of brand experience in multichannel marketing.
- At least 3 years financial industry experience.
