Adecco Creative/Marketing is working with a innovative and luxury brand, ANN. Inc in their search for a Credit Card Marketing Coordinator to work alongside a collaborative team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate with bank vendor, brand marketing teams and production partners regarding production schedules and needs; ensure that all details are communicated to project stakeholders and that project milestones are met within set timelines
- Open, route and traffic marketing assets between production, creative teams and bank vendor to ensure compliance changes are made and deadlines are met; secure project owner and bank vendor approvals at each phase of project
- Compile marketing briefs
- Partner with Finance and Planning to secure and communicate sales projections for bonus points events
- Assist in managing the Scoop, ANN INC.'s associate communication portal, by updating and uploading documents for the field; including but not limited to quarterly goals, calendars, double point days, etc
- Assist in developing new training materials and documents for associates to enhance their knowledge of the credit card programs
- Create department purchase orders and track
- Handle all Service Network requests and issues from the field
- Ensure that all cardmember communications and touch points speak to the card program effectively, while putting the cardmembers and associates first
- Assist in creating new processes, reporting templates and project documents to enhance workflow and ease of delivery of information
- Contribute to weekly competitive email communication
- Manage emails and reporting including but not limited to; store quicklist, data processing schedule, rewards redemption file, marketing grids
- Execute administrative tasks that include but are not limited to: create and maintain physical library of all final direct mail assets and results, ensure all reporting, invoices, marketing assets, etc. are saved and organized in shared drive, assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Additional projects and tasks as designated by supervisor or other team member including but not limited to; supply order, managing the collateral library, etc

Candidates must meet the following requirements in order to be considered:

- Bachelors Degree
- 0-1 years of experience or internship
- Fashion/retail experience with credit card/gift card marketing
- Exceptional organizational and collaborative skills
- Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Proven track record of managing both projects and processes
- Clear, concise communicator - both verbal and written
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across functional teams and with third party vendors
- Ability to execute and balance multiple projects and tasks at any given time
- Strong interest in retail and fashion
