In the Critical Environments (CE) Instrumentation Technician role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team of industry professionals across the Information Technology (IT) and CE spectrum, to directly support and maintain the monitoring and control systems supporting 24x7x365 mission-critical Datacenters (DC). You will be the technical authority for these control systems and their impacts to critical electrical distribution and mechanical infrastructures for sites in your DC campus. From operating and maintaining these systems directly, to managing the servers and networks supporting these systems, you will be a steward of vital infrastructure ranging from a single large capacity facility, to several smaller ones -- all built using cutting edge datacenter-industry designs and equipment!

REQUIRED - Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• 2+ Years’ experience operating Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and/or Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM) and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS), and/or Battery Monitoring Systems (BMS)
• 2+ Years’ experience operating within mission-critical, 24x7x365 facilities or equivalently complex electrical and building infrastructures
Preferred - Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Strong working knowledge of physical IT infrastructures (e.g. Servers, SANs, Networking, etc.)
• Strong experience with the operation and maintenance of building electrical systems (Power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, security, life safety, and controls systems)
• Knowledge of construction techniques, terminology, and documentation (Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical one-lines, construction drawings etc.)
• Bachelor degree or applicable experience in Electrical, Industrial, or Process Engineering
