This position is for Adecco's large energy generation, transmission and delivery client. Pay Rate: $21.40 /Hour W-2 with Candidate benefits package available

Job Description: The hybrid role will be the back bone of the sales and office process by partnering with sales people to receive RFPs and input leads into the CRM system. He/She will sit at front desk.

60% Business Development Specialist:
• Provide team based sales support to a fast paced sales team
• Utilize PC and mainframe applications, such as Microsoft Office and Siebel to create pricing/contract deliverables for the sales team
• Use oral and written skills to present information to internal and external customers
• Coordinate with on and offsite functional teams to troubleshoot and create deliverables

40% Office Administration:
• Performs a variety of administrative functions
• Schedules appointments, order office supplies and gives information to callers
• Researches and creates presentations, generates reports, handles multiple projects and handles expense reports.

Qualification Requirements:
• College Degree and relevant work or internship experience needed
• Familiarity with power/utility companies a plus
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
