Analyzes financial information related to Inventory including cycle count variances, manufacturing (packaging) cost activity, and all areas of inventory costing.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 15%-Compiles and analyzes a variety of reporting related to inventory transactions
- 25%-Prepares and analyzes information for annual cost setting exercises under the Manufacturing Standard inventory costing method, including capitalization of overhead, duties, and freight into standard cost. 15%-Prepares journal entries related to inventory, inventory cost, and other areas as well as account reconciliations for a variety of inventory-related accounts
- 25%-Researches inventory-related issues and work with other area (DC personnel, purchasing, etc) to resolve issues.
- 10%-Participates in cycle count audit program as needed. Contributes information to financial and other reporting 10%-Applies Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and develops or recommends accounting methods and procedures.

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must pass the Drug Test.

Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Additional Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with JDEdwards a plus MBA or CPA a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Demonstrated proficiency in managing large data sets, including the expert use of Microsoft Excel.
