ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Understand, support and follow the Corporate Vision, Mission Values Statements. 2. Understand, follow and support internal quality system policies, procedures and work instructions including but not limited to applicable external regulations Ensure compliance with export and Global Medical Device regulations. Responsible for all export documentation filing records. 3. Manage staff in Customer Service Department Supervise, coach, monitor, advise and provide feedback to staff to achieve individual and department goals. Improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes. 4. Act as liaison between management and distributors. Interface with appropriate levels of the company to resolve complaints, problems, and returns issues in an efficient and professional manner. Assist Regional Sales Managers and Distributors to resolve difficult and complex customer related issues. 5. Process Orders 6. Compile and report on department activities and achievement of goals and objectives to higher level management. 7. Interface with Finance Department Ensure proper Distributor commission rates and payments Assist Accounts Receivable to resolve Credit and Collection issues Establish new domestic and international accounts and to recommend and supervise their compliance with established sales terms Issue credit memo for returns and pass all paperwork to Finance Department for their process. 8. Interface with Inventory Control to coordinate consignment, and trial set. 9. Prepare or assemble loaner, demo and sample shipment according to sales or sales rep. request. Maintain logs and make sure to follow up to get those returned.
