Accountemps is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a call center environment alongside the team with one of our Fortune 500 clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will: • Make outbound phone calls • Take incoming calls regarding customer questions or concerns • Document all calls • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with patients. • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times. • Assure for compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established company policies and procedures. • Commit to quality and high standards and able to provide issue resolution when appropriate.
