Pay Rate/Salary: $11-12 / Hour
� Interacting with customers over the phone, email or in person, providing the customer service and support needed to determine material and project needs in relation to retail packaging;
� Order Entry & Bids generated through phone, email or personal interaction
� Researching and resolving customer opportunities and concerns in a timely manner
Skills and Experience:
As a CSR, you must be optimistic, friendly and service oriented.
Ability to multitask in a quick environment.
Read and interpret multiple sources of data all at once to determine the best way to handle the task
Talented to shift gears and react quickly to ever changing customer demands.
Excellent verbal communication is a must.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Requirements� Outstanding customer service and communication skills
� Intermediate or greater computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Shipment tracking, quickly learn order management system - Cyrious)
� Ability to work in fast paced environment to meet strict deadlines
The ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
