The Culinary Internship is a culinary position that requires basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills. This is typically a production position that requires total supervision and training. This position is a training experience for students with a minimum of three years of hospitality education that have at least 1 year culinary experience and need training to become a supervisor. Interns may rotate through a minimum of two departments within a functional division depending upon the length of the internship and the intern's previous experience.
