Customer Account Specialist - National Accounts-10214018
Cintas is seeking a Customer Account Specialist who will be responsible for providing quality and efficient service to our customers through the daily management of accounts. An account specialist will provide effective customer relations through account knowledge, team work, problem resolution and time management. They are also empowered to make independent decisions to assist customers, while working very closely with other departments and management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Meeting deadlines per customer requests, and performing on demand - emergency requests. Making heavy outbound calls to prospective affiliates and customers while documenting correspondence. Answering incoming calls and emails. Provide statistical performance feedback to management to ensure quality control standards are met.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience required; 3 years preferred
• Business to Business account support, preferred
• Experience with heavy inbound, outbound and transferring calls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with proofreading and editing documents
• Prior experience with Vendor Management Systems and Portals, preferred
