The Learning & Readiness team is looking for a Leader to lead a new Customer Capability team, who demonstrates exceptional leadership and management skills with a combination of strong stakeholder management and the ability to create programs that help the audience and MSFT meet their goals.

As the leader of the Customer Capability team you will need to be the learning business partner to the business groups and engineering, and lead the channel strategy and our strategic partner management.

This role is focused on growing customer technical skills on our products and growing and modernizing our learning ecosystem and turning it into a critical asset. You will be responsible for managing the learning business products, offers, and the go to market strategy. As part of this, this role will be responsible for achieving the revenue and CM targets for the learning product. This role will also lead the operation team supporting all learning products and programs.

Recruiting, hiring, and retaining strong talent to build out your team
Manages a high performing team deliver highly complex programs across multiple organizations
Provide leadership on learning execution and long-term strategy, deep business insight and senior leadership on WW Learning approach/strategy.
Learning business partner to business (BG & Eng)
Translates business priorities into learning objectives and learning paths/programs
Manages a wide scope of responsibility of aligning learning paths between audiences, solution areas and industry, and roles Delivers learning business revenue and CM targets
Provide Channel Strategy & Partner leadership and management to ensure team delivers quarterly budget and KPIs.
Ensures campaigns and investments align to the long term strategy vision and roadmap.
Create and execute a learning product strategy aligned with organization
Transform our Offers and GTM programs
Lead team of professionals who ensure the compliance, delivery and support of programs.
Brings together diverse perspectives, technologies, and organizations to proactively respond to customer needs in an integrated and aligned manner.
Applies keen insight into individual and organizational strengths and weaknesses to inform business decisions. Develops and implements effective organizational structures, practices, and processes.
Utilizes metrics and data to measure success, impact, gain insights, and work with team on innovation.

15+ years of progressive business leadership experience. Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or similar; advanced degree preferred.
Strong communication
Proven experience managing high performing teams, goals, metrics, initiatives
Experience leading complex organization and balancing priorities of executive stakeholders
Proven global change management experience in leading with clarity, generating energy and delivering success.
Adapts his or her leadership approach depending on talent and business needs. Displays an executive presence: is poised, articulate, thoughtful, and candid.
Proven ability to leverages deep knowledge of customers, partners, internal groups, and/or end users to advise on strategies or solutions to plan, strategize, and influence priorities and decisions to increase satisfaction, performance, and the experience across the organization.
Acknowledged within Microsoft as an expert in customer and partner engagement. Creates opportunities for synergies across customers and partners and drives for long-term solutions. Seasoned business acumen and ability to work with and through key stakeholders across the organization.
Proven experience developing strategic relationships internally and externally
Sought out for expertise and influence in his or her field to drive industry vision. Represents Microsoft at industry events and leads content delivery at customer engagements
